The primary problem faced by government job seekers is getting an application form for any position they are trying to apply for. It is customary to publish application forms for various posts in the Government Gazette. Applicants must prepare their own application for certain positions.

அரசாங்க வேலை வாய்ப்புகளைத் தேடுபவர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் முதன்மை பிரச்சினை, அவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்க முயற்சிக்கும் எந்தவொரு பதவிக்கும் ஒரு விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தை பெற்றுக்கொள்வதாகும் . அரசாங்க வர்த்தமானியில் பொதுவாக பல்வேறு பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்கள் பிரசுரிப்பது வழமையாகும் . சில பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தை விண்ணப்பதாரிகள் தாமாகவே தயாரிக்க வேண்டும்.
அவ்வாறு குறித்த பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பப்படிவங்கள் பிரசுக்காத சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் கீழ் உள்ள மாதிரி விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களை தரவிறக்கம் செய்து பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
