2021 GCE A/L & Grade 05 Scholarship Exams Dates Announced
Education Ministry Secretary Prof Kapila Perera stated that dates have been decided for the Grade 5 Scholarship Exam and the G.C.E (Advanced Level) for 2021.
The 2021 Grade 05 Scholarship Exam will be held on 03 October.
The G.C.E (Advanced Level) is scheduled to be held from 04 to 31 October.
Meanwhile, accepting applications for G.C.E Advanced Level 2021 exams from Government schools and private candidates commenced from 05 July.
The applications will be accepted only until 30 July, says the Commissioner General of Examinations.
Applications will have to be submitted online and this will be the only means of application
Responding to a question raised in Parliament yesterday (08), Education Minister Prof. G.L. Pieris stated that the problems related to the delay in releasing G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) results and conducting G.C.E. (O/L) practical exams will be resolved soon.
இவ்வாண்டுக்கான தரம் (05) ஐந்து புலமைப் பரிசில் பரீட்சை மற்றும் கல்விப்பொதுதராதர உயர்தரப் பரீட்சை தினங்கள் தொடர்பில் கல்வி அமைச்சு அறிவிப்பொன்றை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
அதனடிப்படையில் தரம் ஐந்து புலமைப் பரிசில் பரீட்சை எதிர்வரும் ஒக்டோபர் மாதம் 3ஆம் திகதி நடைபெறவுள்ளது.
இதனை தொடர்ந்து கல்வி பொதுதராதர உயர்தரப் பரீட்சை ஒக்டோபர் மாதம் 4ஆம் திகதி முதல் 31ஆம் திகதி வரை நடைபெறும்
என கல்வி அமைச்சின் செயலாளர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
කොරෝනා වෛරසය හේතුවෙන් කල් දමනු ලැබූ උසස්පෙළ විභාගය සහ ශිෂ්‍යත්ව විභාගය ලබන ඔක්තෝම්බර් මාසයේදී පැවැත්වීමට අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය තීරණය කර තිබෙනවා.
ඒ අනුව ඔක්තෝම්බර් 3 වන ඉරිදා ශිෂ්‍යත්ව විභාගය පැවැත්වෙනු ඇති.
ඔක්තෝම්බර් 4 වනදා උසස්පෙළ විභාගය ආරම්භ කිරීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති බවයි අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශ ලේකම් මහාචාර්ය කපිල
මෙම වසරේ සාමාන්‍ය පෙළ විභාගය ලබන වසරේ ජනවාරි මස අග පැවැත්වීමට දැනට සැලසුම් කර තිබෙනවා.
