அரசாங்க வேலை வாய்ப்புகளைத் தேடுபவர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் முதன்மை பிரச்சினை, அவர்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்க முயற்சிக்கும் எந்தவொரு பதவிக்கும் ஒரு விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தை பெற்றுக்கொள்வதாகும் . அரசாங்க வர்த்தமானியில் பொதுவாக பல்வேறு பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்கள் பிரசுரிப்பது வழமையாகும் . சில பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தை விண்ணப்பதாரிகள் தாமாகவே தயாரிக்க வேண்டும்.
