Candidates selected for the MT programme 2023/24 will be given a comprehensive 1-year training covering the entire business operation, manufacturing, and development processes including the exposure to various technical job functions viz automation, marketing, and branding initiatives mentored by industry experts, and trained to progress into the future leadership positions.
